each category is divided into 3 levels - each with their own restrictions

AMATEUR
This category is made for first time competitors and pole hobbyists - If you have competed at a beginner/intermediate level before but not placed you may still enter this category. There will be skill restrictions in this category full details on move restrictions and marking criteria can be found in our handbook.
You should not enter
If you have placed 1st/2nd at an amateur level competition before - you must enter EXPERIENCED.
If you regularly attend high level pole or heels classes - you must enter EXPERIENCED.
If you are an instructor or have been an instructor/instructing assistant.

This category is made for a more experienced pole dancer - someone who trains at a higher level of pole and may also instruct/assist instruct up to intermediate level classes.

If you have placed 1st/2nd at an elite/semi pro level competition - If you have competed at semi pro/elite level but NOT placed you may enter this category
If you have competed at a professional level before you must enter PROFESSIONAL
